3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Construction Permits

• Clients must inform Modern Services Consulting LLC, Esther Flores, or staff via email or text message if they currently have any open permits or city code violations when seeking services from our company.
• Clients are required to disclose any work being performed at their home.
• Customers or contractors understand that we have a scheduling system in place and that they will be informed of the lead time of when project management or work will commence.
• It is the responsibility of the contractor or customer to provide all necessary paperwork needed to obtain a permit or document approval. If they do not have such documents, they understand that it is their responsibility to obtain them or hire our company to do so.
• Clients understand that payment for any services must be made in advance.
• If advised by a city or county of documents needed or any other requirements to pass inspections, clients understand that we are only communicating what is needed.

3.2 Preparer of Immigration Forms

• Clients must provide accurate and complete personal information required for immigration form preparation.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing all completed forms for accuracy before submission.
• Any additional supporting documents needed for immigration processes must be provided by the client or obtained through our services at an additional cost.
• Clients must pay in advance for services.
• Clients are liable for any information disclosed and the veracity of the information provided.
• We act solely as preparers of immigration forms and do not provide legal advice.
• We will communicate with customers and assist them in reviewing their case status online if they wish.

3.3 Notary Services

• Clients must present valid identification for all notarized documents.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring the completeness of their documents before requesting notary services.
• Payment for notary services is required in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be detailed in individual agreements. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified. We accept various forms of payment, and specific payment methods will be outlined in the service agreement.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information. Personal information collected is used solely for providing services and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to perform the services or as required by law. 6. Limitation of Liability

Modern Services Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice as stipulated in the agreement. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lee County, Florida.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
